Jaffe attorneys represent clients in bankruptcy and related judicial proceedings; commercial lending and refinancing transactions; out-of-court workouts, reorganizations and liquidations; receiverships; and insolvency-related litigation, such as preference and fraudulent transfer litigation. We have extensive experience in a wide array of industries—retail, manufacturing, logistics, non-profit, real estate, healthcare, franchise, and steel to name a few. Additionally, we are especially well-versed in automotive insolvency matters, having been involved in virtually every major automotive bankruptcy case over the past 40 years

Our size and experience enable us to handle even the largest and most complex matters. We assist our clients—including borrowers, creditors’ committees, institutional lenders, trade creditors, equipment lessors, landlords, insurers, asset purchasers, equity holders, trustees, and receivers—in insolvency-related proceedings nationwide. Our attorneys are leaders in local and national bar organizations dedicated to bankruptcy, insolvency, and debtor-creditors’ rights law, and are frequently invited to write or speak on their areas of expertise.
