Additionally, we are especially well-versed in automotive insolvency matters, having been involved in virtually every major automotive bankruptcy case over the past 40 years

Our size and experience enable us to handle even the largest and most complex matters. We assist our clients—including borrowers, creditors’ committees, institutional lenders, trade creditors, equipment lessors, landlords, insurers, asset purchasers, equity holders, trustees, and receivers—in insolvency-related proceedings nationwide.
