Wendy Zabriskie

Wendy Zabriskie is an attorney in our finance and real estate practice groups.  She specializes in complex transactions involving corporate and real estate finance, as well as development, acquisitions and sales. She has a particular strength in efficient project management and is often retained to work on high profile finance transactions. She has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in multi-million dollar corporate and real estate deals including construction financing. Wendy has worked on numerous construction financing transactions for a broad spectrum of projects including mixed use, retail, office, multi-family, self storage, industrial, warehouse, parking, hospitality, restaurant and entertainment/arena facilities.
