Overview
Shaunté Wilcher is an attorney in our Data Privacy & Cybersecurity and Estate & Wealth Planning practice groups. She counsels clients who have experienced a data breach/incident and have compliance issues. Shaunté has particular experience counseling on HIPAA and the California Consumer Privacy Act compliance. Her work in the estate & wealth planning group, includes probate and trust administration, as well as elder law, charitable giving, and special needs issues. She is a zealous advocate with a devotion to counseling vulnerable individuals and their families during some of their most difficult life challenges. Shaunté also provides guidance in the preparation of key estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Prior to joining Jaffe, Shaunté was a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Victoria Roberts of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
