Overview
Scott Torpey leads our Aviation practice group, working closely with our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. He specializes in areas of complex litigation, including aviation accidents and incidents, commercial transactions, and product liability. He maintains a national litigation practice, representing airlines, manufacturers, owners, and operators, and insurance carriers throughout the country on a regular basis. Scott has tried dozens of complex federal cases to jury verdicts across the United States for several decades. He regularly conducts training seminars for aviation clients, keeping them abreast of developments in the law and the latest risk management strategies in their industry. Airlines, aircraft and component manufacturers, repair facilities, and aviation insurers have all relied on his expertise to protect their rights in the face of aviation accidents and incidents of all kinds.
