Sarah is a paralegal in our Immigration and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice groups. As an immigration paralegal, Sarah specializes in assisting business clients with temporary (including H-1B, L-1, and TN) and permanent employment processes (including PERM Labor Certification, immigration petitions, and adjustments of status applications) for foreign national employees. She also assists individuals and families with family-based immigration processes, including dependent visas, work permits, and permanent residency applications. She is experienced in filing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions for multinational managers and executives, as well as completing preference petitions for professionals.
