Overview
Patrice Arend is co-chair of our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group and also a member of the Employment practice group. She specializes in commercial disputes and employment litigation, advising clients on employment-related issues, including hiring, termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, Family and Medical Leave Act, employee handbooks, and confidentiality and non-compete agreements. Patrice is a seasoned advocate, having represented public and private businesses of all sizes in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and provides comprehensive counsel and strategic planning in all matters pertaining to employment and labor law issues. Before coming to Jaffe, Patrice served as a staff attorney for the Supreme Court of Illinois.
