Overview

Michelle Younger is an attorney in our Family Law, Appellate, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice groups. Michelle focuses her practice on matters including routine and complex divorces, custody, child support, paternity, property division, and post-judgment matters for individuals and families of all estate sizes. She recognizes that it is likely a very challenging time for her clients and works to reduce the unknown and alleviate as much stress as possible for them. She is a skilled negotiator and a strong advocate when contested litigation cannot be avoided.

Prior to joining Jaffe, Michelle served as a staff attorney at the New York City Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Practice, where she represented children in matters involving child abuse and neglect, termination of parental rights, juvenile delinquency, custody and guardianship, and persons in need of supervision.
