Michael Fannon is an attorney in our Emerging & Growth Business and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. He focuses his practice on representing clients in commercial lending transactions, debt restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and financing. He has experience representing large-scale public and private companies around the country in industries such as automotive, private equity, logistics, healthcare, commercial banking, and cannabis. He has also advised borrowers in Small Business Administration loans and Paycheck Protection Program loan compliance.
