Michael Emmer

Michael Emmer is an attorney in our Real Estate practice group. His practice concentrates on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing in the areas of commercial, industrial, retail, and residential real estate. His represents owners, private and institutional developers, builders, real estate management companies, brokers, operators, and investors.

Prior to joining Jaffe, Michael worked as corporate counsel for a media broadcasting company, assisting on acquisitions, dispositions, lease agreements, corporate matters, and securities regulation. He is a former judicial intern for Judge Patrick J. Duggan in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in Detroit.
