Max Mittleman

Max is an attorney in our Real Estate, Environmental and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice groups. He specializes in representing developers, owners, and operators in the areas of commercial development and the sale and acquisition of real estate. He works with financing and leasing of offices, apartments, and retail projects nationwide, as well as in the acquisition and management of existing mixed-use condominium projects. He also works in the development of ground-up, complex mixed-use condominium projects and the acquisition and development of manufactured housing communities, multi-family communities, and recreational vehicle resorts.

In the area of privacy and data security, Max advises clients regarding the European Union’s (EU) Data Protection Directive and the national privacy laws of EU member states. His work extends to privacy and data security issues in the context of data security breaches, consumer protection, compliance and regulatory matters, information management, and information sharing.
