Kim Casteel is a paralegal in our Estate & Wealth Planning practice group. With extensive experience in probate and elder law, Kim is proficient in drafting legal documents, research, communication, and organization and works directly with our clients to assist with all aspects of probate, estate planning, elder law, trusts, and real estate related to probate.
Kim meets with families and loved ones to discuss probate, elder law, and trust processes, which can be difficult topics for many to explore. Her expertise includes identifying and valuing assets, preparing probate and accounting documents for estates and trusts, reviewing and interpreting wills and trust agreements, and implementing plans during the estate and trust administration process. Kim is also a notary public.
