Katherine Stefanou is an attorney in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Securities Litigation & Enforcement Defense and Environmental practice groups, working closely with our Privacy & Data Security practice groups. She counsels businesses and individuals in all areas of litigation, including membership, partnership, and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, restrictive covenants, and business torts.

Katherine also routinely handles disputes related to securities investments and brokerage industry employment. Prior to joining Jaffe, she practiced at a New York City law firm where she litigated securities fraud and shareholder rights actions and assisted individuals and financial industry members in disputes regarding contracts, investments, non-compete agreements, and related business issues. 

Katherine also counsels clients on environmental regulations and liabilities pertaining to commercial real estate transactions and data privacy and cybersecurity issues, including compliance efforts and breach response. Katherine has extensive experience in federal and state courts, arbitration, and mediation.
