Overview
Katherine Janulis is a paralegal in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. She has extensive experience in trial support, preparing litigation pleadings, legal and factual research, e-discovery, litigation technology support, and claims administration.
Katherine assists attorneys with all phases of a case, from start to finish. She participates in client meetings, meetings with experts, discovery (including e-discovery), research, deposition summaries, preparation of pleadings, document research, and retrieval, drafting Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, electronic court filing, data document management, and trial and post-judgment matters. She works with document-review platforms such as Relativity and Summation, as well as the litigation case management tools, West Case Notebook, and West Case Timeline. Katherine provides valuable support to attorneys in general commercial litigation and environmental law.
