Overview
Karen Kushkin is an attorney in Jaffe’s Estate & Wealth Planning practice group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of lifetime and post-mortem financial and tax planning, trust administration, and charitable giving. She implements customized estate plans for high net worth individuals, including the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts. She also assists her clients in forming and funding limited liability companies in order to achieve both their tax planning and business succession planning goals. Karen has extensive experience in preserving wealth while mitigating tax liabilities both now and for the future.
