Julie Heller

Julie Heller is an attorney in our Real Estate practice group. Julie practices in all areas of commercial real estate and specializes in retail and office leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, and financing.  She handles all aspects of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, analysis of title and survey, due diligence, and review of loan documents.  Julie represents landlords and tenants, including national retail tenants, in connection with leases, and real estate owners, investors, and developers in connection with properties across the United States.  Julie also has extensive experience representing owners and operators in the purchase and sale of skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.  Julie approaches transactions with her clients’ goals in mind, and counsels clients to obtain favorable outcomes in an efficient and practical manner.
