Overview

Joshua White is a paralegal in our Immigration practice group. He specializes in assisting business clients to secure temporary visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, and E-2) and permanent residency (including PERM processes, immigration petitions, and adjustments of status applications) for their foreign national employees. He also works with individuals and families to skillfully manage family-based immigration processes, such as dependent visas, work permits, and permanent residency applications.
