Josh Borson is an attorney in our Emerging & Growth Business, Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities & Corporate Governance practice groups. He dedicates his practice to helping companies solve everyday legal issues and empowering them to grow through effective, strategic business planning. His guiding principle is to provide a proactive, results-focused approach in order to achieve both short-term and long-term goals in a cost-effective and meaningful manner. Josh is skilled in all areas of corporate law, including entity formation, contract review and negotiation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and general corporate matters.
