Jonathan Myers is an attorney in our Insolvency & Reorganization, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Privacy & Data Security practice groups. He focuses his practice on commercial and bankruptcy litigation, insolvency, and workouts and liquidation, including all aspects of civil litigation, collections, non-dischargeability actions, objections to discharge, preference defense, and the representation of debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy proceedings. Jonathan’s clients represent a wide variety of industries and include borrowers, lenders, equity purchasers, trustees, and receivers, among others.
