Jennifer founded and leads our Impact Investing & Social Enterprise practice group. She specializes in tax-exempt organizations, impacts investing, and a social enterprise with the goal of providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions. With a background in private and public securities regulation, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions, Jennifer knits together her corporate law and governance skills to maximize all aspects of business and investment opportunities for family and corporate foundations, community foundations, public charities, regional associations, trade and labor associations, chambers of commerce, religious and other tax-exempt organizations, and impact investors, impact funds, and social enterprises.
