Jeffrey Izzard

Jeff Izzard is an attorney in our mergers & acquisitions practice group. He assists clients with mergers, sales and acquisitions, equity and debt-based fundraising and corporate reorganizations, as well as advising on intellectual property protections, software and trademark licensing, service and supplier agreements, business structure and corporate documentation and governance. Jeff provides counsel for clients of all sizes from established businesses, private equity funds and automotive suppliers to renewable energy providers, medical practice groups and early-stage ventures.
