James Kresta is an attorney in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution and First Amendment & Media Law practice groups.

James focuses on providing innovative strategies and substantive procedural knowledge to major news outlets, entertainment companies, and public personalities on various First Amendment and media issues. He also engages in litigation regarding real estate, shareholder oppression, and both municipal and private construction disputes. His litigation practice centers on entering initial pleadings and case management issues, discovery, substantive motions, trials and appeals.
