Overview
Ian Evans is an attorney in our Finance practice group. He focuses his practice on working with borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including both small business owners and institutional, corporate clients. Ian works closely with our other practice groups to provide creative, full-service solutions with a personalized attentive approach.
Ian began his career in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group, where he assisted individual and corporate clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, shareholder and member conflicts, manufacturing disputes and construction litigation. His background in litigation gives him an edge in understanding and predicting potential pitfalls before they arise.
Prior to joining Jaffe, Ian was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Robert P. Young, Jr., the then-serving Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court.
