Hailey Kimball is an attorney in our Insolvency & Reorganization practice group. She focuses on representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers and creditors’ committees in bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings. Hailey also has substantial experience representing businesses in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She is dedicated to positioning her clients for success and achieving favorable results.

  • Served as the lead associate on a multi-million dollar construction arbitration
  • Served as the lead associate on a multi-plaintiff Title VII and ELCRA sexual harassment/racial discrimination/hostile work environment arbitration
  • Served as the lead associate on a multi-plaintiff ADEA and ELCRA age discrimination case in federal court
  • Negotiated the settlement of a $100,000 no-fault insurance claim
  • Worked with a team of attorneys to settle a multi-million dollar Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) wage and hour class action
  • Drafted a winning countermotion and brief for summary disposition in Oakland County Business Court
  • Litigated on both sides of non-compete cases and advised clients on drafting and enforcing non-compete and non-solicitation covenants
