Overview
Hailey Kimball-Dexter is an attorney in our Insolvency & Reorganization practice group. She focuses on representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers and creditors’ committees in bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings. Hailey also has substantial experience representing businesses in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She is dedicated to positioning her clients for success and achieving favorable results.
