Greg Obloy is an attorney in our Real Estate, Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups.  He counsels clients in all aspects of real estate and business law. He assists real estate developers, owners and operators with their commercial real estate acquisitions, due diligence, financing, leasing and dispositions.  In addition, he assists clients in their real estate syndications and joint ventures.  The real property involved in these activities includes unimproved land, office buildings, warehouses, industrial buildings, local and regional retail shopping centers, and single and multiple family residential developments.  He has significant experience in zoning and land use matters where he has been able to secure land use entitlements for his clients from local municipalities and other governmental agencies.
