Dawn Yeaton

Dawn Yeaton is an attorney in Jaffe’s Real Estate and Finance practice groups.

Dawn assists private equity and institutional lenders with commercial financing transactions including real estate backed loans and asset-based lending for diverse borrowers including owners and operators of senior housing facilities, restaurants and multi-use properties, condominium developers and a developer and financer of time share assets. 

Dawn’s practice also includes real estate sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing and development projects, representing owners and developers of real estate projects throughout the country, including manufactured home communities, office buildings, and shopping centers. 

Dawn’s efficient and practical approach to the legal aspects of the transaction, due diligence issues, and negotiations results in transactions closing in a thorough, yet timely and cost-effective, manner.
