David Sims is an attorney in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. He represents clients in business disputes through arbitration, trials, and appeals. David has experience in counseling owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and developers on all aspects of construction projects and real estate matters. David’s legal practice in the area of construction law includes construction contract negotiations, project disputes involving civil litigation, and arbitration arising out of payment and performance claims. He also counsels clients in the real estate industry related to property sale and acquisition, lease agreements, warehousing and logistics contracts, and financing. David also has extensive experience in areas of business and corporate planning including appropriate entity selection, executive compensation planning, merger agreements, business acquisition agreements, and other dealings requiring the guidance of an experienced third-party legal professional.
