Daniel Cooke is an attorney in our Mergers & Acquisitions, Emerging & Growth Business, and Intellectual Property practice groups. Dan also works closely with our Finance, Securities & Corporate Governance, and Tax-Exempt Organizations groups. Dan concentrates his practice on advising companies at all stages, from startups to public companies, as well as venture capital firms, investors, and non-profit organizations. His practice covers all aspects of business formation, governance, and operations, including mergers and acquisitions, contract review and negotiation, restructurings, private debt and equity financings, trademark registration and protection, and general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Jaffe, Dan held an associate position with a boutique angel investment and venture capital firm. Dan also worked as a law clerk assisting with structuring cross-border transactions.
