Christopher Richards is an attorney in our environmental practice group. He concentrates on issues ranging from helping clients proactively identify and resolve liabilities stemming from environmental concerns, risks and liabilities and assisting with strategic navigation of regulatory processes.   Chris has successfully resolved issues with numerous regulatory agencies, from the EPA, EGLE and MIOSHA to the USNRC.  In addition to environmental law, he has broad experience counseling and advising commercial clients throughout the entire real property acquisition process, from the initial identification of a real estate need to final closing. Prior to joining Jaffe, Chris worked extensively with the Big 3 as in-house counsel at a major automotive supplier providing representation focused primarily on environmental, transactional real estate transactions, green technology implementation, and construction matters.
