Bruce Kahn

Bruce Kahn is an attorney in our Emerging & Growth Business practice group. He represents clients in all aspects of business operations, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, including advising clients in the acquisition and sale of various kinds of businesses.  He has represented both publicly held and private companies and has been involved in numerous equity and debt offerings, including for start-up ventures.  Bruce has represented both for profit and not for profit enterprises and a significant number of other professionals, including physician and dental groups, physical therapists and other attorneys and law firms. Business facets Bruce has managed include business acquisition, ownership, operation and sale, employee incentive planning, debt offerings, and refinancings.
