Bridget concentrates her practice in the area of corporate law, representing companies at all stages, from startups to public companies, as well as venture capital firms and other investors. Her practice covers a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including corporate formation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance.

Bridget also practices in the area of estate and wealth planning. She has experience assisting individuals, married couples, young professionals, and high net worth individuals with implementing estate plans that effectively distribute assets, minimize taxation, and avoid probate, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and real property transfer instruments.
