Brian Stone

Brian Stone is an attorney in our Real Estate practice group. His practice concentrates on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financings and leasing of all types of real estate.  He represents owners, developers, management companies, builders and operators in all aspects of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Jaffe, Brian represented financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in middle market and real estate finance transactions and in equipment lease finance matters.  Brian also has extensive experience in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including asset and stock sales and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, corporate compliance, and corporate bankruptcy.

Brian began his legal career as a research attorney with the Michigan Court of Appeals.  While at the Michigan Court of Appeals, he also served as an interim law clerk for the Hon. Kirsten Frank Kelly and the Hon. Kurtis T. Wilder.
