Brian Raznick

Brian Raznick is an attorney in our Real Estate and Finance practice groups and is a member of our Board of Directors. He represents institutions, developers, and investors in acquiring, developing, financing, selling, and leasing office, multi-family, manufactured housing communities, retail, and industrial real estate. He has extensive experience with complex multi-state portfolio transactions as well as sale-leaseback transactions with credit tenants. Brian has represented syndicators in the syndication, acquisition, and operation of manufactured home communities, multi-family projects, and office/flex buildings. He also represents institutions in the origination of real estate loans and owners of shopping centers and office and industrial buildings locally and nationally in lease negotiations.
