Ben is a member of our Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice groups. He represents individuals and businesses across many industries in all areas of litigation, including construction, employment, non-competition agreements, and breach of contract. Confidently representing clients in the role of plaintiff or defendant, Ben is an expert negotiator and a strong litigator when the need arises. He is actively involved in every stage of his cases, from beginning to end, and works closely with Jaffe attorneys in other disciplines to ensure that all aspects of his clients’ matter have been comprehensively addressed. He is dedicated to positioning his clients for success and achieving favorable results in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Prior to coming to Jaffe, Ben was a judicial intern for the Honorable Matthew F. Leitman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
