COVID – 19 Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021
On December 21, 2020, Congress passed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, H.R. 133 (the “Act“), a spending bill that combines $900 billion in stimulus relief aimed at responding to the COVID-19 pandemic with a $1.4 trillion omnibus spending bill for the 2021 federal fiscal year.
