We quickly recognized the need to be more intentional and concerted in our efforts – to be leaders and change agents with respect to diversity and social justice.

We continue to advance our efforts of encouraging and supporting all individuals through the establishment and proactive initiatives of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. We are focused on working together to build and foster a truly diverse and inclusive environment in which every person feels valued, empowered, and heard.
