Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss partner Judith Greenstone Miller appointed to business council Of the business law section of the state bar of Michigan (Monday, November 10, 2008)

Judith Greenstone Miller, a partner with Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C., has been appointed to the Business Council of the Business Law Section of The State Bar of Michigan. Jaffe CEO Richard Zussman made the announcement.

The Business Council is responsible for directing the strategic initiatives of the Business Law Section and overseeing the development of new educational, legislative and regulatory programs that foster the highest quality of professionalism and practice in business law. Miller's three-year term commenced in September 2008.

Miller is a member of the Firm's Insolvency and Reorganization Group. A published author, she is a 1975 cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan and a 1978 cum laude graduate of Wayne State University Law School.

An active member and chair of numerous legal associations and committees, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Eisenhower Dance Company and the Detroit Chapter of the American Jewish Committee.
