Peter M. Falkenstein, a partner with the Ann Arbor office of Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. has been recognized as one of the best intellectual property attorneys in Michigan for 2008 by Super Lawyers magazine.

Published annually since 1991, Super Lawyers magazine is a comprehensive and diverse listing of the top 5% of practicing attorneys in each state as selected by their peers. Spanning more than 60 distinct practice groups, the resource guide highlights attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Mr. Falkenstein is a 1974 graduate of the University of Michigan and 1988 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He also serves on the board of directors for the Washtenaw County Bar Association and the Legal Resource Center of Washtenaw County/Eastern Michigan University.
