Jeremy D. Bisdorf, a partner with Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C., has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as one of Michigan's Rising Stars for 2008.

Published annually since 1991, Super Lawyers magazine is a comprehensive and diverse listing of the top 5% of practicing attorneys in each state as selected by their peers. Mr. Bisdorf is a member of Jaffe's Intellectual Property and Corporate Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property protection, customer contracts, business formation issues, corporate governance, ownership transfers and tax planning strategies.

He is a 1996 summa cum laude graduate of the Wayne State University School of Business Administration and a 1998 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Bisdorf earned his LL.M. in Taxation at the Wayne State University Law School in 2001.

Mr. Bisdorf is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan where he serves Secretary of the Information Technology Law Section.
