Shirley A Kaigler

Shirley A. Kaigler is a partner in the Southfield office of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss. She is the past Practice Group Coordinator of the Firm's Estate Planning/Wealth Planning/Probate Group, specializing in probate and trust administration; estate, tax, retirement and business succession planning; elder law; and health care proxy and special needs issues.

Shirley has experience principally in the area of gift, estate and tax planning for all size estates. Her client base includes business owners, professionals in sole and group practices, corporate executives, educators, retirees and individuals with special needs. Shirley has developed and fostered positive working relationships with major financial institutions in order to coordinate and implement a client's tax, estate or financial plan.

She earned her Bachelor's degree with distinction from Wayne State University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. Shirley also earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School.
