Sarah S. Weston

Sarah Weston is a partner in the Southfield office of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, where she is a member of the Firm's Finance and Real Estate Practice Groups. She counsels senior housing, retail center, office building and property management owners and operators in acquisitions, dispositions and financings, including secured and unsecured lines of credit, real estate mortgage loans and construction loans. In addition, Sarah regularly:

  • Advises and represents individuals and business clients in joint venture arrangements, debt and equity financing, and in real estate financing through mortgage and other secured and asset-based lending
  • Advises real estate developers and senior housing operations in joint ventures in business matters
  • Handles tenant leasing for shopping centers, office buildings and other commercial developments
  • Sarah earned her Bachelor's degree with honors from James Madison College at Michigan State University and is a magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law.
