Sarah H. Kim

Sarah is a paralegal in the Southfield office of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss. She is a member of the Firm's Immigration and Litigation Practice Groups. As an immigration paralegal, Sarah specializes in assisting business clients with temporary (including H-1B, L-1, and TN) and permanent employment processes (including PERM, immigration petitions, and adjustments of status applications) for foreign national employees. Sarah also assists individuals and family clients with family-based immigration processes including dependent visas, work permits, and permanent residency applications,

Prior to joining Jaffe, Sarah worked as a paralegal at a local firm in Troy, Michigan where she assisted employers with the PERM process and prepared and filed nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for multinational managers or executives, and preference petitions for professionals.

Sarah earned her Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and completed a government-sponsored study abroad trip at the prestigious Peking University in Beijing, China.
