Michael S. Khoury

Michael S. Khoury is a member in the firm's Corporate and Technology Groups, and is also Co-Chair of the Firm's Emerging and Growth Business Practice Group. Michael focuses his practice on commercial, business and technology matters, including start-ups and emerging businesses, computer and information technology matters, software licensing and development agreements, domestic and international distribution agreements, systems integration, outsourcing and joint venture transactions, telecommunications and telematics, SaaS agreements, electronic commerce and Internet agreements, intellectual property, commercial transactions, general business and corporate law. Michael has specialized knowledge in the protection of technology rights in a bankruptcy situation and has lectured nationally on that topic and on information technology contracting and sourcing transactions. He is also a trained mediator as was previously a member of the mediation panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. 

Mr. Khoury earned his Bachelor's degree with distinction and honors from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School.
