Maureen E. Chapman

Maureen E. Chapman is a paralegal in the Southfield office of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss. She is a member of the Firm's Insolvency and Reorganization, Litigation and Collection Practice Groups. With more than 29 years of experience, Maureen has been with Jaffe since 1994.

Maureen participated in the initial testing of the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and she was a member of the Electronic Case Files (ECF) rules subcommittee, which reviewed the local court rules and provided recommendations for changes due to the impact of CM/ECF. She is a member of the Firm's Litigation Technology, Library and Community Outreach Committees.

Maureen earned her Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from Madonna University in 1990 and received an A.A.S. in paralegal studies from Macomb Community College in 1986.
