Jeremy D. Bisdorf

Jeremy D. Bisdorf is a partner in the Southfield and Ann Arbor offices of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss. He is a member of the Firm's Intellectual Property, Corporate, Health Care and Franchising/Licensing Practice Groups. Jeremy specializes in providing strategic legal advice and business consultation services to clients to maximize the value of their patents, trademarks, copyrights and other proprietary information. Jeremy services a number of clients in the medical device, software, e-commerce, health care and franchising industries.

He counsels clients on contracts, national and international intellectual property protection, business negotiations, licensing matters, business formation issues, corporate governance, ownership transfers and tax planning strategies. Jeremy has assisted clients in establishing sound web-based business practices and has represented both vendors and customers in the negotiation of outsourcing relationships, SaaS and other technology procurement contracts. Jeremy serves as general counsel and a trusted advisor to a number of privately held businesses.

Jeremy is a summa cum laude graduate of Wayne State University School of Business Administration, where he was the recipient of the Howard A. Donnelly Award. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and is also a graduate of Wayne State University Law School, where he received his LL.M. in Taxation.
