Ethan R. Holtz is a partner in the Southfield office of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. He is a member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group where he represents public and private companies, as well as high net worth individuals in all aspects of sophisticated commercial litigation practice, including real estate disputes, disputes concerning commercial lending and financial transactions, limited liability company membership and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, business torts, securities fraud, employment disputes, contract disputes and construction litigation.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from the University of Michigan. He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law where he served as associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court.
