Summer Associates

Our Summer Associate Program offers law students an outstanding opportunity to get to know Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss and our comprehensive practice areas. We invite only as many summer associates in a year as we expect to hire the following year for full-time positions.

Summer associates are quickly immersed in the daily operations of the Firm and activities of practicing attorneys, including attending and participating in client meetings, negotiations, closings, depositions, arbitrations and mediations. In addition, they are expected to draft business documents, pleadings and research memoranda. While summer associates receive projects from attorneys involved in all areas of the law, their practice preferences are accommodated whenever possible.
