Jim is a partner with the Litigation Practice Group and focuses in all facets of complex commercial litigation in State and Federal Courts handling cases throughout the United States.  Over the past several years he has been involved with prosecuting multi-million dollar claims against domestic, international and foreign entities.  Jim has defended actions involving a wide variety of subjects, including, intellectual property rights, international complex transactions and contracts, Uniform Commercial Code, warranties, bullet resistant armor litigation, theft of rare artifacts, probate matters, employment issues and traditional labor laws.
