Financial Services Our large and nationally recognized Financial Services Group has represented lenders throughout the United States in the full gamut of financial transactions from loan origination through restructure and collection. We have substantial expertise in all aspects of financial services transactions. Our financial clients include almost all major Detroit banks, a number of small Michigan banks, several out-of-state banks, a number of local and national mortgage companies and non-regulated finance companies and insurance companies. We represent these clients both in Michigan and nationally. We provide our financial clients all services that lenders have come to expect from their law firms in originating, documenting, restructuring and collecting loans. We also emphasize portfolio management, a team approach to the management of distressed loan and lease credits that includes business planning, advice in the underwriting and structuring of loan and lease arrangements, and custom loan and lease documentation. We also advise financial clients on all regulatory matters and handle the creation, acquisition, sale and merger of financial entities. Service Index
