We have extensive experience in all elements of family and domestic relations law, from pre-filing counseling and negotiation through trying contested cases.  While we try to avoid contested litigation for our clients, we have the experience, ability and confidence to proceed to trial when necessary. We also handle post-judgment matters, including the enforcement and modification of judgments, and appeals.

We handle divorces for clients with estates of all sizes.  Our family law practitioners work closely with our tax, corporate and benefits departments to negotiate and structure favorable property settlements and other agreements affecting property rights.

We also regularly advise our clients on child custody matters and parenting time issues.
