We are a full service real estate practice group – if its been done in Michigan, we’ve done it. Although our practice is based in Michigan, we have worked on projects in nearly every state in the nation. We regularly counsel clients with respect to a wide range of matters including land development, construction, land use, acquisition, financing, leasing and property rights issues for real estate that ranges from major office and manufacturing facilities, manufactured home communities and apartments to outlet malls and strip shopping centers. In representing our real estate clients, we often involve our Tax, Estate Planning, Environmental and Corporate Practice Groups. Within the real estate development market, the firm traditionally has represented middle and large market developers.
